Singing & Songwriting Workshop: Special Someone Songs
1-5pm at The Roller Mills House in Bridgewater, VA. Open to 10 participants. Registration includes a home-cooked dinner afterwards.
This workshop with singer-songwriter Diane Cluck is about creating an original song for someone youd like to honor--a beloved friend, family or community member, or sweetheart. Experience (or even confidence) in singing, songwriting, or playing an instrument arent requiredwe welcome you with your current level of skill. Over four hours well explore inventive approaches to songwriting and produce short songs to sing by the workshops end. If singing is a leap for you, were there to sing with you. Music is a wonderful gift to share and youll leave the workshop with a song to give to someone you care about.
