Biryani Night

Behold the power of the one pot meal Indian style: Biryani

We are replicating a centuries old tradition, where rice and meat is slow cooked together with luxurious spices and tons of saffron in a pot that is sealed with dough.

Vegetarians, we've got you covered too with Jackfruit Biryani and an array of vegetarian delights.

A few things to remember

Please let me know how many people you have in your party. For parties of 6 or more, we will try our best to seat you together but cannot promise.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ENTRANCE INTO THE EVENT SPACE IS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING, BEHIND THE BEER HALL.

THERE IS LIMITED PARKING ON THE SOUTH SIDE PARKING SPACE AND THE REST IS STREET PARKING

TIME: 6.30 PM

COCKTAILS AND WINE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE
BEER TO BE PURCHASED AT OAKSHIRE BEER HALL AND PAYMENT TO BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THEM.
CORKAGE: $ 15 PER BOTTLE

If you have any serious allergies and are vegetarian, please let me know at least 24 hours prior to the event so I can have enough Jackfruit Biryani. Some dishes may contain nuts.

I will also have my spice mixes for sale that evening...

Chai Spice Mix, Tandoori Masala and Garam Masala.
