Wildflower Weekend April 17-19 2020

Arrive Friday April 17
Present welcome packets and Itinerary at Check In
Dinner 7pm Family Style Welcome dinner with Smoky Mountain Guides.

Saturday AM
Breakfast from 8-9 am in the Bistro
Shuttle to GSMNP 9:15 am
Day hike, including photography guides and packed lunch
Return to property between 2 and 3 pm editing workshop from 3-6 pm in the event center
7pm Chefs Wildflower Inspired dinner on the landing

Sunday AM
Morning / Sunrise Short Hike 7-10 am
Brunch at the Bistro ( at your leisure ) 11-2 pm
Late Check Out 2pm
$795.00 per person includes two nights double occupancy lodging, ( one king or two queen beds ) private guides and instruction, meals, transportation, tax and gratuity. Single Occupancy rate Alcohol is not included.

Guests will receive an itinerary upon booking. Participants should expect to venture out into the GSMNP on guided hikes where SMG recommends the most variety of wildflowers are at peak as well as splendid landscapes. Our guides work in small groups in order to customize each individuals experience. Are guide\photographers will offer tips and tricks to capture the beauty of not only wildflowers, but the jaw dropping wonders of the Smokies all at the same time. Participants should prepare to be in the wilderness during early morning light as well as late afternoon.
All trips will culminate around phenomenal meals and lodging provided by the base camp of the Smokies, Dancing Bear Lodge.
Optional evening workshop and discussion around post editing will be help on site.
Dont have a camera or just want to explore all the flowering species without waiting on photographers? No PROBLEM. This retreat is for those of you as well. SMG will make contact with participants prior to retreat and discuss your objectives as they aim to maximize your experience into the wilderness of the GSMNP!
