Courageous Connecting is an invitation to create strong and healthy relationships with people in every area of your life. In this workshop series, you can learn and practice skills that are essential for maintaining relationships that withstanding conflict and where you can explore new possibilities for creating deep, sustainable, and inspiring connections.

Morning Session 10am-1pm: The Art of Getting Along in Community

The culture most of us grew up in offers very little instruction on how to navigate situations when our emotions boil over, where our differences make us wary of each other, where our needs seem incompatible.
We blame ourselves or blame someone else We move out or we move on.
It doesnt have to be that way
In fact, we can use those difficult moments as the catalyst to creating stronger, more stable connections.

In this morning session we'll practice some building block skills for getting along with each other!

Afternoon Session 2-5pm: Creating Deeper Connections

All of our relationships have the potential for amazing depth and closeness but it takes intention, initiative, skill and even courage to get there. In this session, we will experiment with different kinds of practices you can use to create extraordinary relationships in all parts your life.
