Pressure cooking can be a huge help in the kitchen, saving time on those busy weeknights. Mayumi will discuss the ins and outs of electric pressure cookers so you feel confident in using them. She will demonstrate red wine braised beef short ribs; chicken adobo with rice; homemade mac and cheese, and chocolate molten lava cake.

This is a demonstration-style class.
Students will enjoy a sample of each recipe and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to those 21 and over.
