Join Winters Cheese Co. cheesemaker for an expert tutorial on making your own plant-based artisan almond feta. With a delicious, tangy complexity of flavors, marinated in olive oil and rosemary, this cheese will be ready to eat immediately or can be aged for an even greater depth of flavor.

Instructor: Sacha Laurin, Winters Cheese Company

This is a hands-on, vegan class.

Students will enjoy a sampling of various vegan cheeses, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.




Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.

Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
