Dan Siegel at Vistamar School

Please join us as we welcome Dr Dan Siegel to speak about his new book, The Power of Showing Up, on January 27th -registration and book sales start at 6:30, Dr. Siegel's talk starts at 7:00pm. It's never too late to learn how to improve your interactions with your children to help them reach success in all aspects of their life. This talk is open to the public and is relevant to families of all ages. His talk will be followed by a question and answer and a book signing. Dr. Siegel is a clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA School of
Medicine and the founding co-director of the Mindful Awareness Research
Center at UCLA. An award-winning educator, he is a Distinguished Fellow of
the American Psychiatric Association and recipient of several honorary
fellowships. He is also the Executive Director of the Mindsight Institute. His
unique ability to make complicated scientific concepts exciting and
accessible has led him to be invited to address diverse local, national and
international groups.
