Tuscan Winemakers Dinner at Aroma on Bryant

On Tuesday September 10th Trattoria Aroma on Bryant will welcome the winemakers from Silvio Nardi and Tenuta Sette Ponti for a special evening of food and wine. Both winemakers will have top wines from their portfolio paired along side an innovative menu of Italian inspired dishes. Seating is limited to 20ppl with a meet and greet starting at 6:30 in the bar room followed by dinner at 7:00. Tickets are $125p/person which includes tax and gratuity. Any refunds are handled through Brown paper Tickets.

First course wines, Fuedo Macarri Grillo & Silvio Nardi Rosso di Montalcino paired with scallops two ways: White- fume bianco, meyer lemon, fennel, fried parsnip. Dark- fume rosso, lentil- parsnip puree, fried shallot, short rib "marmalade"

Second course wines, Saia & Silvio Nardi Brunello paired with ravioli agnello: olive pasta, lamb demi, crispy sweetbreads, fresh herbs

Third course wines, Oreno & Silvio Nardi Brunello Riserva paired with dry aged CAB strip steak, roasted bone marrow, "cinque cipolla", foie gras-demi glace
