Lines of Zen - The Meditative Power of Tracing and Doodling
Join author and illustrator, Kyle Webster, for a relaxing session of drawing exercises designed to calm the mind and open a pathway to creative expression. With only a pen and some paper, you'll discover the meditative power of drawing, with no special talent or experience required.
Registration is $16.50 and includes a copy of the new book, Trace, created by Kyle with Baron Fig. This book provides over 60 pages of illustrations you can trace, color, modify, or just use as a starting point for your own drawings and ideas. After this workshop, you will have several simple exercises you can use anytime to give your mind a welcome, healthy break from the hustle and bustle.
Seating is limited to 25. The workshop will last approximately one hour.
Recommended ages: 12 and up.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds given. Materials will be supplied by Bookmarks, but feel free to bring your own if desired.
