The 2nd Mr Nude Orleans Pageant! The deep-Souths only all-male nude beauty pageant. Friday, January 17th 10pm-4am (contest at 1am)
From the people who brought you last years hugely popular Bette Bathhouse and Beyond for Southern Decadence comes this years Mr Nude Orleans.
Bringing their hugely popular all-nude beauty pageant to New Orleans, Dworld Nola are presenting this clothing-optional event at Always Loungein the Marigny. While a predominantly gay event, all persuasions are invited to attend, and all males are invited to compete. Contestants get a chance to show off their wares in a swimsuit competition, a strip-off, a hilarious Q and A portion, and the last part, the big reveal. The winner takes home $300 and the chance to reign as Mr. Nude Orleans. Dance to to the music of legendary DJ Johnny Dynell, who is a New York City DJ, producer, songwriter, remixer and impresario who has been practicing his art and craft for over three decades.. Beginning at the seminal Mudd Club in 1980, he also went on to residencies at Area, Boy Bar, Susanne Bartsch's Copacabana parties, Elton Johns Oscar parties and more.
