Big City Soul , the dynamic ten piece classic and contemporary R&B/Soul band, brings their Big City Party wherever they go. This experienced and entertaining ensemble comes with the musicianship and song list to keep the dance floor full all night. Legendary vocalists Terry Raible & Joanie Bye offer dynamic, soulful performances of R&B and Soul classics mixed with Rock & Roll, Disco & Funk. Those power vocals are complimented with the smooth and tasteful guitar work of Michael Toth, the melodic and soulful keyboards of Dan Bechard, and backed by the funky beats of drummer Steve Webb and one of Vancouver's top bass players, Johan Worst, Then there are the Big City Horns, composed of well-known trumpet player & recording artist Kevin Lee, Terry Linburg on tenor sax, Ken Abel providing the big sound of the baritone sax and the newest member of Big City Soul, Colin Weinmaster on trombone. Together this horn section provides the tight punctuation and exciting solos that make Big City Soul one of the best big bands in the city.. The Big City.
