Stretch 4 Our Schools

On Saturday, January 18th, Wellness4Every1® will be hosting the 2nd Annual #Stretch4ourSchools class at The Space Between to raise money for arts and wellness programming in Chicago Public Schools. The class will be from 1:00-2:00p.m and taught by the amazing Jenny Finkel.

Ticket options include our incentive package: 1 free class at The Space Between and 2 weeks of classes at the Barre Code!

More about the class: Get rooted in your practice, building from the foundation up. Whether youre just stepping into your yoga journey or youre an experienced yogi looking to build a stronger foundation for your practice, Rooted is the perfect class for you. Get a better understanding of poses and their purpose, optimal and safe body alignment, how to link breath to movement, and the beautiful principles and history of yoga. But dont be fooled, this class is not easy and will challenge you in every way. Class is unheated.

Capacity is limited, so we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. If you're not available to attend, you can sponsor a student or teacher to take class for you.

Wellness4Every1® was founded in 2016 in response to the many Chicago Public Schools who had lost their funding for arts and wellness programs. Through community partnerships and fundraising efforts, the organization helps bring these vital opportunities back to Chicago students. Wellness4Every1® has provided programming to 50 schools, reaching over 5,000 students.
