Jill will share her prize-winning crust recipe and simple techniques for making a flaky mouthwatering crust every time. In this workshop you will make a full sized old-fashioned apple pie from scratch for your holiday festivities - learn to measure, mix, roll, and make a foolproof filling. Then, you'll top off your pie with a decorative crust with cutouts and crimping.
Instructor: Jill Simmons
This is a hands-on class with a vegetarian recipe.
Students will enjoy a snack and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.
Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.
Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store.
