Cider School: Michigan Apples & Cider
Michigan grows more apples than any other state besides Washington; and indeed it has a greater diversity of varieties available. For most folks in Chicago, Michigan cider is local cider. Join us as we sample a variety of ciders and styles that showcase Michigan quality & tradition. Including some incredibly rare blends that you will not likely find anywhere else.
Class included a flight of four ciders, table side snacks and the course instructor. And we always end with something special from the cellar for a toast at the end.
