Strength In Our Schools

On Saturday, November 16th at 11:30am Wellness4Every1® will be hosting #StrengthInOurSchools at Ethos Training Systems to raise money for arts and wellness programming in Chicago Public Schools.

Ticket options include our incentive package: 1 free Ethos class, 1 free month at SALT, and a swag bag!

For this event we will be participating in the "GPP ATHLETE" or the General Physical Preparedness class, which is their signature class with an even mix of strength & conditioning work! The GPP athlete can do it all. Lunge, squat, hinge, push, pull, you name it. According to the trainers the class "works fundamental movement patterns inherent to your everyday life, then exposes you to demanding intervals and high weight and rep sets. Founded on the most effective training protocols, our program corrects imbalances, builds strength and will improve your overall work capacity." So come put your strength, endurance, speed, flexibility and skill to the test!

Capacity is limited, so we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. If you're not available to attend, you can sponsor a student or teacher to take a class for you.

Wellness4Every1® was founded in 2016 in response to the many Chicago Public Schools who had lost their funding for arts and wellness programs. Through community partnerships and fundraising efforts, the organization helps bring these vital opportunities back to Chicago students. Wellness4Every1® has provided programming to 72 schools, reaching over 7,500 students.
