Sweat 4 Our Schools
On Sunday, August 25th at 10:30 am Wellness4Every1® will be hosting #Sweat4OurSchools at Runaway Fitness to raise money for arts and wellness programming in Chicago Public Schools.
Ticket options include our incentive package: a 2 class package to Runaway, a 3 class package to Zen Yoga Garage, an entry into the raffle (see prizes below from GOAT Climb & Cryo theyre amazing!) and a swag bag!
More about the Speedplay class at Runaway: This HIIT-inspired, music-driven workout will keep you on your toes since no two classes are the same. You work in 4 blocks of 12 min, alternating between treads and weights, with epic playlists pushing you further than you knew possible. This is interval training done better. This is where high intensity meets fitness creativity. Regardless of your fitness level, Runaway challenges you to explore and push your own boundaries and leaves you feeling accomplished and motivated.
Capacity is limited, so we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. If you're not available to attend, you can sponsor a student or teacher to take a class for you.

Wellness4Every1® was founded in 2016 in response to the many Chicago Public Schools who had lost their funding for arts and wellness programs. Through community partnerships and fundraising efforts, the organization helps bring these vital opportunities back to Chicago students. Wellness4Every1® has provided programming to 72 schools, reaching over 7,500 students.
