Cider School: Ciders from Around the World
Cider traditions develop uniquely among different places, peoples and palates. But cider folk share many things in common, chief amongst them is the desire to gather and recreate together with friends and neighbors. Lets do just that! Sit around and drink cider while we talk about different cider cultures, noticing what is different and what is similar amongst the apple beverages of the world.
Class includes a flight of four Ciders, table side snacks and the class instructor. Of course, we always end with something special from the cellar for a final toast.
