MATT WONG TRIO at the Sound Room
Drawing from the jazz and blues tradition, along with original compositions, this trio, featuring Matt Wong on piano, Logan Kane on bass, and Ayinde Webb on drums - will stun you with their virtuosity.
See the future, right now! This all-star band is headed by 14 year old phenom Matt Wong. Logan comes in at 17, and Ayinde is the old man of the group at 18. Recently they played with Terrence Brewer, Marcus Shelby and Tammy Hall at the Sound Room. Matt has also sat in with Anton Schwartz. If you want to know where jazz is going - this is it! And the future looks bright!!!
