====================================================== UPDATE: YCP Annual Recital Postponed due to COVID-19 ======================================================
Dear Friends of Second City Chamber Series: The Second City Chamber Series board voted unanimously to postpone our upcoming Young Chamber Players annual recital on March 20th, 2020 out of an abundance of caution and concern for the safety and health of both our students and members of our audience as we navigate the increasing threat of COVID-19 in our area. We sincerely hope to reschedule this concert for later this spring, but that decision is still pending as we wait for the dust to settle. Our talented YCP cohort this year has been working hard to prepare an exciting program for you, made even more rousing by a second-year collaboration with the Tacoma Youth Chorus Chorale, led by Judy Herrington. We still have a fantastic concert in the works and eagerly hope we can still make this event happen later this year! We will keep you posted. In the meantime, please stay safe and healthy. Many thanks for your understanding,
Dr. Zachary Lyman Director, Young Chamber Players
