Shred 4 Our Schools

On Sunday, July 28th at 1:30pm, Wellness4Every1® will be hosting #Shred4ourSchools at Shred415 to raise money for arts and wellness programming in Chicago Public Schools.

Ticket options include 2 weeks of classes at Shred415 and a swag bag!

More about the class: Say goodbye to one-size-fits all fitness. At Shred415, its all about staying true to what your body needs to reach that next level. Each Shred415 class alternates between treadmill drills and floor work, including strength training and cardio bursts. Expert instructors are there to lead, motivate, and challenge you to reach your goalsat a pace that works for you. You select your weights; you set your speed on the treadmill. The result? A workout that is truly designed for you. But dont think youll be coastingyoull be burning anywhere from 500 to 1200 calories per class, so expect to work up a serious sweat.

Capacity is limited, so we highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. If you're not available to attend, you can sponsor a student or teacher to take a class for you.

Wellness4Every1® was founded in 2016 in response to the many Chicago Public Schools who had lost their funding for arts and wellness programs. Through community partnerships and fundraising efforts, the organization helps bring these vital opportunities back to Chicago students. Wellness4Every1® has provided programming to 50 schools, reaching over 5,000 students.
