The Semiahmoo Music Consortium Presents the Return of The Ocean Park Wailers to Club 240, Friday, May 10
Spawned in the heart of beautiful Ocean Park Surrey, the Ocean Park Wailers is an organic musical project. It began as three experienced but retired musicians coming back to their craft.
At first, it was to just jam and play some of their favorite tunes from the past five decades. It has swelled and transformed into a popular eight-member South Surrey band that particularly delights the dancers in the crowd. From the deep blues, to rock and R & B, to roots and originals, the Wailers play what they love - and judging from the audience reactionit shows.
