Destroy Your Limits: Training Camp with Bonnie D.Stroir

Durham Region Roller Derby (DRRD) is proud to present the first ever Bonnie D.Stroir training camp in GTA!

Bonnie D.Stroir is the founder of San Diego Derby Dolls (2005) and owner of LiveLoveDerby. From the banktrack to flattrack, Bonnie D.Stroir has inspired skaters, coaches and teams alike by sharing her knowledge and philosophy. Her most recent "Agility for Roller Derby" DVD has been an incredible resource for all derby skaters!

Come join Bonnie D.Stroir as she breaths life into your love of derby with practical training on her brand of agility, strategy and fitness seminars.
Destroy your limits! And have a blast doing it!

DATE: Saturday, Sept. 14th, 9:30am - 5:30pm

LOCATION: Whitby Curling Club, 815 Brock St N, Whitby ON

Training will focus on skills, drills and technique that you will put to the test in a B&W scrimmage to wrap-up the day. Lunch is included in registration (variety vegan and non-vegan options available - please answer questionnaire at check-out).

PLANNED SCHEDULE
9am - Registration
9:30am to 12:30pm - Morning Training Sessions
12:30pm to 1:30pm - Lunch (provided)
1:30pm to 4pm - Afternoon Training Sessions
4pm to 5:30pm - Black & White Scrimmage

COST:
Skaters - $70 (Lunch included)
Spectator - $20 (Lunch included)
(Note - DRRD members see below for bonus offer)

All skaters must show proof of insurance and have passed WFTDA minimum skills testing to particpate.

SPECIAL DRRD DAY-TWO BONUS for DRRD League Members Only
Date: Sunday, Sept. 15th, 10am to 4pm (Lunch 12:30-1:30pm)

DRRD league members will have Bonnie D. Stroir all to themselves to learn skills and competencies for developing strong and happy teams and leagues.

Cost: DRRD Only - $20 add-on to Day-One
($90 total including lunch for both days)
!!You must attend day-one to attend day-two!!
!!Must enter password to view ticket option!!

Email bouts@drrd.ca for your DRRD League passcode to register for 2-day option.

Note - Special consideration for non-league members to participant in day-two may be provided for those who have contributed to the growth and betterment of DRRD in meaninful and positive ways as per discretion of the organizers. If you fit this criteria, email bouts@drrd.ca with your special consideration request.
