The Sonoma County Growers Alliance (SCGA) is hosting a 1 hour presentation on Trademarks.

The presentation highlights the classic do's and don'ts of trademark use, researching your trademark, and provides examples of how to use marks properly to ensure that rights are maintained.

* Review of protectable trademarks
* Choosing the right mark for your brand
* Assess how to obtain trademark rights for your mark
* Avoiding potential infringement
* Discussion of both State and Federal registrations
