KEDA's Investor/Partners are invited to attend the KEDA Q1 Full Board Business Briefing on February 21st at 4:15 in the 3rd Floor Conference Room at The Doctors Clinic, Cavalon 1 Building, located at 2011 NW Myhre Rd, Silverdale
This quarter, Wes Larson, principal Sound West Group and KEDA board member, will provide an in depth briefing on new opportunities arising in Kitsap Opportunity Zones established under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 17.
Learn about Opportunity Zones established in Bremerton and Port Orchard and how they are fueling large new mixed-use developments on both sides of Sinclair Inlet, with impacts rippling throughout Kitsap County. In addition, Wes will update our board and fellow partner investors on regional market conditions in general, and a myriad of major development projects underway in Kitsap, ranging from Bainbridge, to Poulsbo, to Bremerton and Port Orchard.
