Explore a variety of Thai noodles (rice, fresh rice, egg, cellophane, and a homemade rice noodle) and immerse yourself in this fun cooking class on the basics of Thai Noodle dishes with popular favorites in Thai recipes. Pranee designs the menus and lessons to help you establish and then deepen your Thai culinary insights for a lifelong investment in Thai cooking, with know-how for ingredients, cooking methods, and Thai culinary wisdom. There will be a sit-down dinner at the end of the class. This class is both a demo and a hands-on experience with a small class size. Thai cooking class and dinner.

Four basic noodle types will be prepared into four famous & classic Thai dishes including salad, curry, stir-fried and also desserts. You will be enticed by this refreshing menu: Yum Woon Sen (cellophane noodles salad with prawn & minced pork with chinese celery and cilantro. Kao Soi (Chiangmai Curry Egg Noodles with Chicken, Crispy Noodles and Condiments), Phad Thai (Stir-fried Chantaboon Rice Noodles with Tofu and Pranee's famous Phad Thai Sauce) and Phad Kee Meow (Stir-fried fresh wide rice Noodles with Pork & Chinese Broccoli). And for dessert, Lab Mua Nang (sweet rice noodle with grated coconut).
