You will cook with a wok like a Thai restaurant chef preparing your favorite takeout menu. We will learn about, cook and dine on 6 different popular takeout Thai dishes that will soon be your favorite recipes to share with your friends and family. The class is all about learning how to cook everyday Thai home cooking recipes, including various stir-fry techniques and how to create a flavorful sauce for each stir-fry. We will also go over how to purchase the right wok as well as how to season and care for a wok. You will be enticed by these famous basic Thai stir-fried dishes.

Menu: Phad Kraprow Gai (Stir-fried Spicy Basil Chicken with Thai Holy Basil, Thai Chili and Garlic), Phad Takrai Moo (Lemongrass Pork), Pla Piew Wan (Wok Fried White Fish with Vegetables and Sweet and Sour Sauce), Phad Neua Nam Man Hoy (Stir-fried Beef with Oyster Sauce), Phad Thai (Thai Style Rice Noodle with Pranee's famous Phad Thai Sauce), Kao Phad (Thai Fried Rice) and complimentary dessert.

You may bring old and new wok with you to this class.
