Kirtan Session Led by Tim Kadash

Surrounded by the art of TAKEOVER!, come experience the beautiful side effect of Kirtan and attain a deep state of relaxation, happiness, and joy. Walk away feeling more deeply connected to your body, your life, and your family and friends. Kirtan is a practice of Bhakti Yoga. Bhakti Yoga is the yoga of love rooted in sound, vibration, voice, meditation and intention.
Participants will chant mantras in the language of Sanskrit (traditionally) together in a call-and-response arrangement.
Tim Kadash is a local musician and avid meditator. He has been Practicing Kirtan for over 25 years. You can join him for satsang every Monday night at the house of wellness in Hampton Bays where all of Tim's profit go to local charities. Tim expresses this love through his music, and in Kirtan everyone is in the band, so please bring your open heart and your singing voice.
