Basics of Grant/Proposal Writing

Successful proposal writing involves the coordination of several activities, including planning, searching for data and resources, writing and packaging a proposal, submitting a proposal to a funder, and follow-up. Learn the basics of preparing your grant proposal through our class.
The recommended process is not a formula to be rigidly adhered to. It is a suggested approach that can be adapted to fit the needs of any nonprofit or business venture, and the peculiarities of each situation. Fundraising is an art as well as a science. You must bring your own creativity to it and remain flexible. We will assist you with this process. Join us at the UTEP Library for this exciting offering! Our staff will meet you on the front steps and walk you in to our seating location. Registration Begins at 9 AM. Class runs 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Certificates of Course Completion will be awarded.
Course Fee: $50.00 Register Now limited space available! Pre Registration Required. Must have ten students for class to take place.
