Chris & Lorin's musical journey began over 30 years ago on Columbia Records. Subsequent collaborations with older brother Peter, David Grisman, the Grateful Dead, so many others and a Grammy winning song happened along the way. The path has come full circle with the duo's active re-entry into full time touring, a new release on BOS Music plus the full complement of CD reissues of all the Columbia and Asylum titles. Sibling harmony at its zenith and a style all their own, the Rowans offer up a potent mixture of bluegrass flavored folk and Everlys/Louvins/Stanleys inspired rockabilly.
