Vegan parmesan is strikingly similar to dairy parmesan in both look and taste. Using just a few raw ingredients you can culture your own vegan parm at home. Join Winters Cheese Co. cheesemaker Sacha Laurin for an expert tutorial on making your own artisan cashew parm to take and age at home.

Instructor: Sacha Laurin, Winters Cheese Company

This is a hands on vegan cheesemaking class.

Students will enjoy a sampling of vegan cheeses, and a complimentary glass of wine will be offered to students 21 and over.


Cancellation Policy: Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable with less than 48 hours notice.

Complimentary parking is available for students in the Co-ops parking garage at 28th & S streets. Please do not park in the lot in front of the store
