NYE Cocktails in Wonderland

New Years Eve 2018 at Sanctuaria Wild Tapas:
"Cocktails In Wonderland"

Sanctuaria is hosting our New Years Eve Dinner with an Alice in Wonderland theme. You will come in to a Dream-like wonderland, decorated with inspiration from Alice in Wonderland. First, experience a Potent Potables Champagne Cocktail Bar, where you will get to concoct your own Champagne cocktail. On the Patio, there will be a Fire Pit with a New Years Dream Burn. Write your New Years dream or resolution on a playing card and throw it into the fire.

Course 1. The Jabberwocky Amuse Bouche
Pumpernickel Bruschetta, Green Zebra, Golden Rave, and Beefsteak tomatoes, with Pickled beats, Pickled Red Onion, Chocolate Balsamic Drizzle, garnished with Red Radish Sprouts and Rosemary Oil. Paired with the Cynical Girl, (#148)

Course 2. The White Rabbit Suppa
White Rabbit Stew, with Adirondack Blue Potato, Heirloom Carrots, Heirloom Beefsteak Tomato, Celery, Onion, Garlic, Topped with White Radish Sprouts and garnished with Sage Oil. Served with Roasted Garlic Toast Points. Paired with Creeping Death, (#100)

Course 3. The Cheshire Cat salad
Lollo Rosso Purple Lettuce, Tossed with Pickled Chyoga Beets. Candied Pink Peppercorn Pork Belly, and Apricot Vinaigrette. Topped with Corn Shoots. Paired with the Conundrum, (96)

Course 4. The Dodo Entrée
Seared Airline Chicken Breast, over Adirondack Red Truffle Whipped Potatoes, Brioche and Vegetable Dressing, topped with a Cranberry Gelee. Garnished with a Blue Curacao Reduction. Paired with the Blue Angle, (38)

Steak Au Poivre. Black Peppercorn encrusted NY Strip, Red Wine reduction, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Roasted Cauliflower, Garnished with a Pickled Beet and Radish Sprout Salad

Course 5. The Queens Looking Glass Tartlets Dessert
Chocolate Tartlet Shells, Filled with a Blood Orange and Raspberry Custard, Topped with a Mirror Glaze. Paired with the Blonde Ambition, (93)
