We welcome into the Barnyard Marc Sofferman of Cheval Rouge Imports. Marc is bring us "award-winning, artisanal, natural, vintaged apple cidres from the Romilly Farm in Normandie, France. Introduced to the US market in June 2017, they have dominated the major competitions. The cidres are as refined and elegant as champagnes, earthy and complex, but with an ABV of 5 percent." This evening we will be tasting five cidres ranging from Sweet, Rose, Demi, Dry and Extra Dry along with cheese, jams and charcuterie. Must be 21 years old to enter.
