"JUST PLOWBOYS" Documentary Film Premiere

This feature length documentary tells the compelling story of the 1970 Farmer High School Baseball Team that won the 1970 State Championship. The story is told through interviews with the Farmer players, fans, coaches, families and also includes extensive interviews with players and coaches from teams that faced them that remarkable season, and sportswriters that covered them up until the grand final.
The film features archival film footage and photos, re-creation footage of the games and specific plays, and shows the emotionally charged reunion, after 48 years, of the two teams who played in the final, getting together for a special reunion.
The narrator is Dan Lauria, best known for his performance as the father on THE WONDER YEARS, as the baseball manager for the TV show PITCH, and as LOMBARDI for the Broadway play of the same name.
The music soundtrack is provided by the local band FLINT HILL BLUEGRASS BAND, who will be present at the premiere.

There are 4 showings, two on September 14th, 7 and 9 PM, and two on Sunday September 15th at 2 PM and 4:30 PM
