REACH Autumn Soiree

Please join us for our last Regional Networking event of the year! We will be hosting this years Soiree at Club Husky. Located on the South end of the Husky Stadium, enjoy a lookout over the Husky Stadium as well as Lake Washington.
The evening will consist of networking, hors doeuvres and appetizers, cocktails, and a dance floor and DJ. We will also be featuring a photo booth and various interactive VR experiences provided by a local VR artist from Immersive Square!

Here are the VR experiences we are excited to feature!
Fantastic, artsy, and imaginative

o Coco VR fantastic and imaginative piece of a VR portion of the movie Coco. The audience get to immerse themselves in a dreamy city, change outfits, listen to music, and hop around to interact with other character.

o VR painting painting tool that allows participant to draw lights, snow, flames and everything in between.

Active, energetic, and musical

o Beat Saber laser slicing game to play along with electronic dance music beats.

o Spider Man participants have the opportunity to be spider man, shooting webs, jumping between roofs, and taking down invaders.

This event is capped at 400 attendees and will sell out quickly! Make sure to purchase tickets here for yourself and your guests. We look forward to seeing you there.

Ticket Price: $45 ($47.57 w/service fee) per person and includes:

- Admission to Club Husky
- Appetizers
- Unlimited photo booth sessions with digital access
- Various interactive VR experiences
- 2 drink tickets

FAQs:
- This is a 21+ only event.
- Payment is handled securely through Brown Paper Tickets.
- You do not need to bring the Brown Paper Ticket, well have your name on a list to enter.
- Non-Boeing guests are welcome. They must also have a paid ticket.
- There are no refunds; however, you my transfer your ticket to another person with prior notice. No transfers after Thursday, November 8th at 3pm.
- Semi-formal cocktail attire.
- No entry into the event after 10pm. Doors will close promptly at this time.
- Getting dropped off? The South Elevator Lobby of the Husky Stadium is the drop off location.
- The light rail does stop at the stadium and is $6.50 for adults.
- There is also free parking in lot E19 that runs along the South side of the stadium. Please be responsible if you are driving to this event.
