WINE CLUB APPRECIATION 2019 !
Members,
THANK YOU for taking the time to REGISTER (some of you for the second time), for our annual Wine Club Appreciation Event.
The good news is that we have opened up the event to 150 more club members! We have set it up so that you will still be able to to enjoy wine, in a fun (but not squishy atmosphere), keep everyone safe and take great care of each of you in the way you deserve.
Friday Nov 9th. Your choice of: 5:30-7:30 OR 8-10pm
Here is what you can expect at the event!
FIVE Bars: each pouring a brand new wine (these will be adult sized pours, so a reminder to take a car service).
New Brown Label Wines: Single Vineyard wines that honor the grower and the terroir!
<> Stillwater Syrah
<> Stillwater Cabernet
<> Red Willow Syrah (Brandee's notes: omg!delicious!)
<> Wallula Cabernet
<> #5 is a Super Secret very limited release to wine club members only - poured by Brian!
Activities:
<> We have a lovely wine club member named Jenny Bowen who is also an artist. She will be doing these amazing line drawings of anyone who would like to sit for her. They are truly a work of art! You will have the option of having her take your line drawing and turn it into a watercolor for delivery at a later date, or taking the line drawing with you that evening.
<> We will have a wine charm making station! Get all crafty and personalize your own charm to take with you at the end of the night.

<> If tickets remain, they will be released MONDAY OCT 29th @ 10:02 AM - until sold out.
<> Remember, only members in good standing (you have picked up your case since JUNE) will admitted. We will do thorough check of this guest list. If you are not in good standing, you will not be admitted.
In order to make sure that the folks who RSVP will take the reservation seriously, we are asking for $30 per person, or $60 per couple when securing your tickets. See more information on that below.

We have secured a special rate for our members at the Hotel Monaco or Hotel Vintage in downtown Seattle. Please ask for the Friends+Family/Structure Wine Club rate.
~~~~~~~A NOTE REGARDING THE TICKET FEE~~~~~~~
It is not our intention to make $$ on this event. We will happily apply your ticket cost that evening to any wine you would like to take home the night of the event. Please note, this is NOT a requirement to purchase! If you decide you do not want to take any wine, we will refund the cost of your ticket (THAT EVENING, AT THE EVENT)*. No questions asked! This event is meant to be a gift to our awesome members. You have already met your annual commitment of one case per vintage. This fee is ONLY to ensure that the people who RSVP will have extra reason to attend and not deprive anyone else the opportunity. There are just too many people on the waiting list to have no-shows. We hope you understand. If you have ANY questions or problems with this, please reach out to us via email. No one will be turned away if this is a burden. We appreciate every one of you and we want to show it!!!
*Brown Paper Tickets will NOT be responsible or able to refund any tickets. That can only happen in person at the event on Nov 9th, at the winery.
