FREIGHT (premiere) + CONCERT

Freight by Petra Zanki is a new 60 mins. site-specific work in 135 years old historic
Garden House on Beacon Hill, for 11 dancers and 4 musicians that explores the idea of immigration through individual experiences. Sourcing from personal experience, this work is about the in-between life of an immigrant and challenges immigrants face and experience. Through movement and physicality, I am interested in exploring a different, often conflicting emotions and thoughts, translating them into a unique dance work.
