The 14th Annual Hispanic Family and Fatherhood Conference in Houston, Texas is a gathering of professionals and parents from across the nation that gather for a time of learning, research, planning and inspiration. Our conference partners are the University of Houston Graduate School of Social Work, HCC Southeast College, AAMA, and the Larry's Gift Foundation. Attendees will enjoy breakfast/lunch and strategic workshops that will help you understand how to better serve your families. The Hispanic Family and Fatherhood Conference is one of the only conferences in the United States where parents and professionals gather to discuss how to communicate the message of learning, partnerships and collaboration. You will be encouraged to renew your calling to serve others and to create a plan of action.We will have a strategic panel discussion on Parent Engagement with former President/CEO of Project Grad USA Robert Rivera. Attendees will have time for Q/A and for creative planning. Workshops include Crisis Intervention, Hispanic Fatherhood Initiative, Immigration 101, and The Substance Abuse Crisis. You will leave inspired and prepared to engage children and families.
