Tannis Slimmon: Critically acclaimed Canadian musician has been singing, songwriting, recording, and touring locally, nationally and internationally for over 30 years. Her exceptional voice full of gentle grace and unobtrusive dignity (Penguin Eggs) can be heard on more than 80 albums (including those by Willie P. Bennett, Valdy, David Francey and Rheostatics) and is considered to be a Canadian musical treasure (Bill Stunt, CBC radio). Highly regarded for her compelling live performances, enchanting melodies, and strong lyrics, in 2008 she was honoured with the Contemporary Vocalist of the Year at the Canadian Folk Music Awards for Lucky Blue, her second album which is a rich offering of songs and artwork influenced by travels to Mali, West Africa and Cuba.

Annie Sumi is an ethereal-folk artist with a unique ability to capture the subtleties of nature and spin them into melodies. Her latest release, "In the Unknown", is a collection of stories that speak to the journey of the human-Spirit. Since the release of her debut-album, "Reflections", in 2015, she has received nominations for "Best Singer-Songwriter" (TIMAs, 2015), "Contemporary Roots Album of the Year" (Hidden Roots Collective, CFMAs, 2017), and more. With the support of the Ontario Arts Council, she has reached an audience stretching across Northern America and continental Europe. Her live performance is intimate and vulnerable; she consistently gives her heart to the stage, and inspires the audience to feel something.
