Named Iowa best cooking contest by Delish, the Iowa Asian Alliance presents the Third Annual Pho King Cook-Off! Have you been a pho fan pho-ever or have yet to try it? Either way this one of kind event is sure to satisfy your pho fever or introduce you to all the possibilities when it comes to this signature dish.

Pho is the king of all Asian noodle soups. This beloved comfort food while rooted in Vietnam, is so popular that many SE Asian ethnicities have their own version and way to eat pho. And we want to help spread that love!

Sample pho from some of the top chefs in town and help us crown the 2018 Pho King! Cash bar and pho tasting for a fun filled Saturday afternoon including entertainment, music, and eating contests.

Admission to the Pho King Judging from 11am to 12noon
Two Votes for Pho King Peoples Choice Award, Two Votes for the Sidekick Challenge

Interested contestants for Pho Eating Contest may register on-site at cook-off to compete for bragging rights and prizes. Participation fee to help IAAs fundraising efforts.
