Everett Philharmonic's Spring Fling with Duke Ellington!

Join the Everett Philharmonic Orchestra in it's third annual Spring Fling Gala Event. Maestro Paul-Elliott Cobbs will lead the orchestra in the performance of Ellington favorites featuring the scintillating voice of Laurie Swanson.

A champagne reception and no host bar will begin the evening's festivities complete with the delightful music of the Curators live combo.

A Silent Auction will include adventure, gourmet food and beverage items, show tickets & restaurant gift certificates, items for gardeners, readers, music lovers, and some very special surprises!

Next up --- a gourmet dinner with choices of
...Bacon wrapped Roasted Port Center Loin with maple buerre blanc, pistachio crusted roasted red pepper rice cake and seasonal vegetables.
...Garlic roasted "airline cut" Chicken Breast with chervil Chardonnay beurre blanc, pistachio crusted roasted red pepper rice cake and seasonal vegetables.
...Minted Sweet Pea Ravioli with pea shoot saute, white wine butter sauce and chive finishing oil.
(not to mention fabulous artisan breads, fresh & imaginative salad, good wines and to-die-for desserts!)
