Joel Salatin at The Well: A Gathering Place for Conversation
Joel Salatin will begin a series of conversations at The Well called "Food, Faith and Planet".
Joel Salatin is an author, farmer and activist and one of the most notable leaders on the enviornment, and food policy. His farm is featured prominently in Michael Pollan's book The Omnivore's Dilemma and the documentary films, Food, Inc. and Fresh.
