Armadillo Boulders Architectural Hard Hat Tour
As construction winds down, we are excited to share the progress at Armadillo Boulders. Join us for a tour of the facility, as our architect, Ben Bowman, talks through the process of converting an industrial warehouse facility into San Antonio's first modern climbing gym. Design strategies to address form-based zoning requirements, structural reconfiguration, and energy efficiency requirements will be explored as we walk through the construction site.
In order to attend a tour, you MUST:
1) Sign our Liability Waiver (link below or in contact info to the right; hard copies available at the gym)
2) Wear closed-toed shoes and a hard hat while in the building
This special tour will be limited to thirty spots, and last approximately an hour.
Please bring your own hard hat if possible. We only have ten to loan out.
