Great Smoky Mountain Hot Air Balloon Festival

Join us for a summertime spectacle, when several professional balloonist light up the evening sky with a beautiful balloon glow. The sky will be filled with a spectrum of color like never before, against a backdrop of a breathtaking Tennessee sunset.

Parking in advance is 20.00, 25.00 the day of the event. The festival entrance is free.

Great local food trucks will be on hand to serve whatever craving you may have.

Relax with a regional craft beer while taking in the beauty of the festival.

Nine Lakes Wine Country Wine Tasting
Tickets for the wine tasting will be available on site for only $10.00 and include a commemorative wine glass and six compartment wine tote with purchase.

The wine garden will be open starting at 3 PM going until 9 PM in the evening. Taste samples and purchase wines by the bottle or by the case.

Please pick up your 'will call' tickets at the Apple Valley Mountain Village General store, located at
7138 E Lamar Alexander Parkway, Townsend, TN.

The tickets will be available for pickup from
Thursday, August 9, 2018 to Saturday, August 11, 2018.
The store is open daily from 9 am to 6pm.
Tickets are NOT distributed at the gate.

***PHYSICAL TICKET PURCHASES***
Your tickets will be mailed to you on August 1, 2018.

***MOBILE TICKET PURCHASES***
Due to our mountain location, not all cell phone carriers have service in our area. In order to easily access your parking pass when arriving, Please take a screen shot of your mobile ticket bar code and save it to your phone.
