SnoValley Tilth's St. Paddy's Day Bash

Join us for a pint and our first annual St. Paddy's Day Bash fundraiser to help us meet our exciting 2013 goals while having a lovely good time. March 16th, 4-10pm, at the historic Carnation Tree Farm Barn.

We've got traditional, seasonal fare: Hemplers' nitrate-free corned beef, organic boiled cabbage, tasty mustards, organic colcannon, vegetarian pea soup, soda bread, and homemade Irish apple cake.

We'll have local microbrews and whiskey tastings from a variety of local distilleries, hot whiskies and ciders too! The barn will be heated and loaded with bales for seating, with Irish scenery as a backdrop.

And of course we'll have music and performanaces of Irish and Celtic music, song, and stories, brought to us by Soundfalls, known for their creative entertainment with fun artisits. We'll also have opportunities for 10-minute open mic sets.

All this mixed in with a 'Throwin' the Welly' contest, Irish trivia games, pennywhistle lessons, and crafts for young and old. Find details about the activites (what's a welly?) and schedule at www.snovalleytilth.org.

Tickets include dinner and music, but bring a little something extra for your pint or your naggin! Open to the public, so bring all your best buddies too.
