We will begin our time together getting settled a brief group conversation and instructions on our practice with a break before starting the session. We then embark upon an exceptional exploratory evening of renewal (optionally) amplified with cannabis plant medicine.
I will guide us through active and often vigorous kundalini body and breathe movements that will ground our intentions and connect us energetically. With specially selected music, well align breath, movement and sound to enter an inner world of somatic experience that can lead to deep transformation, physical and emotional healing.
