Tarukino Pop-Up Dinner at The VUDE featuring "special" Pairings
Join us for an exclusive dinner featuring Chefs Stacy Primack and Chef Manny Mendoza, owner of Herbal Notes in San Diego, CA and a finalist for the High Times Chefs Cannabis Cup in 2017. The event will take place on Saturday, April 28th at 7pm and will feature a four-course meal carefully constructed by these two top Culinary Institute of America alumni for your dining pleasure.   The dinner will feature the new Tarukino "creative water" cooking product included in each course.  The meal will be accompanied with Hand of God Wines from Argentina.  THIS EXPERIENCE WILL ELEVATE YOUR IDEA OF A DINNER PARTY!

About the Chef's:

Life-long Cannabis user and career-long Cannabis chef, Manuel Mendoza has always been dedicated to the education and craft of cooking with Cannabis. He honed his skills at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where he was not only trained as a chef, but was exposed to a deep-rooted Cannabis culture amongst fellow chefs. His Cannabis career became a reality upon the passing of Recreational Adult Use Cannabis in California where he quickly assembled a team and began hosting underground private Cannabis dinners. He was also a Finalist in the SoCal Top Cannabis Chef competition by High Times Magazine in November 2017. This momentum galvanized his dedication to spreading Cannabis education and awareness to other places such as his hometown of Chicago, IL. His mission is to get affordable, accessible, potentially life-saving natural plant medicine to people everywhere through food.

Chef Stacy has spent the past 15 years working with some of the most renowned chefs in the country, including Emeril Lagasse, Roy Yamaguchi, Stephane Tréand, Graham Elliot, and Giuseppe Tentori. She honed her craft at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and also at the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. In 2017, she was given the opportunity to work with Pearl2o, a proprietary water-based cannabis emulsion. Through research and development, she has developed three books for the company and has served several hundred cannabis infused dishes around the country. These include events for the Arcview Group, the Dope Cup Awards Show in 2017, and a collaboration with Traveljoint during the Marijuana Business Conference & Expo.
