"INSIGHTS INTO FIRE-RATED GLASS APPLICATIONS"

SCHEDULE:
5:30 PM - Registration / Social Hour (Networking - Cocktails - Tabletops)
6:30 PM - Dinner followed by Program
"Insights into Fire-Rated Glass Applications" addresses and describes types of materials available for fire-protection, along with which materials are to be used according to building codes and testing procedures.
The course will be presented by Dan Poling, the Sales Manager for fire-rated glazing for SCHOTT North America, Inc. Previously Dan served as the Mid-West Architectural Manager for float glass manufacturer AGC Flat Glass North America and as Sales Manager at the fire-rated division of AGC.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify the various forms of fire protection
- Be knowledgeable about and be able to identify the types of available fire-rated glass
- Be familiar with the building codes as they pertain to fire-rated glass
- Be knowledgeable about testing procedures for fire-rated glasses

SDCSI Chapter Members: Cost included in the dues of current Chapter members*
Non-members: $45.00*
Students (mbrs & non-mbrs): $25.00*
*$10 added to cost for Chapter Members, Non-members and Students if RSVP is received after 3:00 PM Monday, March 25th.

CHAPTER MEMBERS: No charge will be assessed unless registering after the 3:00 PM Monday, March 25th deadline.
NON-MEMBERS and STUDENTS: If you wish to pay by check, please send an email to admin@sandiegocsi.org and mail your check, made payable to "CSI San Diego," to PO Box 191307, San Diego, CA 92159-1307. Payments must be received no later than Monday, March 25th or a $10 premium will apply.
WALK-INS accepted at the door on a "space available" basis. However, only cash or check payments will be accepted at the door (no credit cards).
CANCELLATIONS: Refunds will only be given for cancellations received before noon on Monday, March 25th.
NO SHOWS: Payments for no-shows will be retained in full.
