Set the Stage Summer Theatre Camp
June 4th- June 8th
CALLING ALL SCALLYWAGS AND STOWAWAYS!!
HOIST THE JOLLY ROGER WITH THE SALTY SIDNEY THEATRE CREW FOR A MIGHTY ADVENTURE FULL OF FUN AND EDUCATION!!
PARTICIPANTS WILL EARN THEIR PIRATE STRIPES WITH WORKSHOPS FULL OF ACTING, SINGING, DANCING, AND CRAFTING! STUDENTS WILL PUT TOGETHER A MINI MUSICAL: PIRATES! THE MUSICAL AND HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHARE THEIR WORK WITH AN AUDIENCE OF FRIENDS AND FAMILY ON THE LAST DAY OF THE CAMP.
AGES 6-8: HALF DAY
Camp runs Monday- Friday from 9:00am to 12:00pm, with a performance at 7:00pm on Friday. Price: $65.
AGES 9-15: FULL DAY
Camp runs Monday-Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm, with a performance at 7:00pm on Friday. Students are asked to pack their own lunch. Workshops and Breakout sessions will be taught by qualified teachers. $150.
*Break out Sessions may include: Auditioning; Acting 101; Stage Combat; General Theatre Terminology and Etiquette; Costuming; Set Building; Sword fighting, and more!*

Volunteers from our community!
Flyers will be distributed to elementary and middle school aged children through area schools. Additional flyers are available at the Historic Sidney Theatre Office.
