Peelander Z - The visually imaginative, bizzaro band billed as Japanese Action Comic Punk is known for its colorful, audience-interactive shows in which nothing less than pure insanity can happen (and should be fully expected!). The band is poised to follow up its 2014 full-length hair-metal tribute album Metalander-Z with a new album, Go PZ Go, on Apr. 6.
Japanese Action Comic Punk band from Planet Peelander who performs over 120 shows a year across the U.S.. Major music festivals include:Bonnaroo, CMJ, SXSW, Voodoo Music & Arts, Vans Warped Tour, Wakarusa, Riot Fest, FunFunFun Fest, Zombie Pub Crawl, Art Outside & many more. The band has been featured on VH1s Best Week Ever, Comedy Centrals Upright Citizens Brigade, and has been covered by SPIN Magazine, Rolling Stone, NPR, & The Onion among many others. PZ has supported Less Than Jake, Andrew W.K., The Aquabats, Mighty Mighty Bosstones, GuitarWolf, Buckethead, Electric Six, & Particles.
