Valley Shepherd Creamery - Cheese &Wine Pairing hosted by Zeke Ferguson
Zeke Ferguson is the retail manager of Valley Shepherd Creamery's newly opened outlet located in the Reading Terminal Market. The farm and actual Creamery are located in Long Valley, NJ. There spot at the Market features a retail cheese counter, an onsite cheese making facility, and sells artisan prepared foods. This seminar will be both educational and tactile with a cheese lesson and also a tasting of cow, goat, and sheep cheese paired with wines.
